The trust in the power of the “problem environment” to be an incubator for unique social innovation is the air that I breathe and the water that I swim in. I’m probably addicted to the radical thesis that the course of our human evolution depends on the unleashing of the creative potential. And maybe now is the exact time to redefine the word “development” and to orient it towards human happiness. I work as a “catalyst” and a „fuel” for small ideas and imaginative people with extraordinary potential for social change. I’m a strategic communicator by profession, a lover of shared visions, lecturer, trainer, blogger and traveler. Co-founder of Ideas Factory, as well as others similar crazies like the Time Shop and Changemakers Academy. In my pocket I always wear … a red clown nose.

My favourite thing in the world is communication. I love meeting new people, connecting them, doing something good together. This fills me up with endless enthusiasm and optimism.
Being part of organizations such as Ideas factory and Hamalogika, gives me hope that we can be in charge of The Ministry of universal happiness and usefulness ;) Soon.

Count me in!
I am extremely influenced by the sea – inspiration, freedom, peace, reflection, freshness.
I have taken many different roads – economics, television, public administration, municipal work, management. Ultimately, culture has always come to my mind, just like a favorite number, in its free and pure form. We create culture – in communication, in behavior, in the examples we give. Culture is education and improvement.

I have lived and worked abroad for a few years but felt like a strong force was pulling me back to Bulgaria. I couldn’t stay away, I wanted to be a part of the change which I noticed slowly happening in the country – this is how the Ideas Factory came into my life. Here I feel like I can actively take part in creating the reality I want to live in.

Recently I moored in the Ideas Factory. The sailing was very long and I experienced a lot of thick fogs of doubt , very tempting but lone rocky shores, oh-oh – oh, and storms, after that the morning almost was not coming … One of these mornings started with a light breeze, which was followed by the wind of change. The sails of the ship blew and shortly afterwards I saw in the distance the colorful phare/ of Ideas Factory .I felt like home. And I believed that WE is much more powerful than I, that the work may not be an obligation but just a satisfaction and that you can learn every day from every single person. Oh, yes! And another very important thing – I’m not a ship, but a HUMAN.

Before choosing my new destination I traveled whole nine years in the widths and depths of event management and PR. After so many years in the corporate environment, I decided it was time to use my talent of organizer and communicator for social change. The event management has always been my passion, but I chose to apply it to real and hearty causes and I found the right place for this happening – Ideas Factory Association. Meeting new, impressive and crazy people is daily round here and it really fills me! Every day we learn a lot from each other, progress and make crazy things happen. Working in a creative environment and space where you can breathe deeply is true motivation for your brain.

“Man learns all his life” was something my grandma and my primary school teacher used to say. Fortunately, this process goes on in one’s life, conscious or not. Well, when you make it deliberately and see every glimpse of life as a priceless lesson, then it is more fun, and much more productive.
Recently in the area of non-formal education, after a voluntary service, few trainings and continuing training by Theodor Heuss Kolleg and Balkans Let’s Get Up, I am happy to be part of the versitile team of the Factory.

I believe that learning is a never ending story. For my 10 years of working and volunteering experience I have gone through a variety of spheres – from veterinary medicine, multilevel marketing, volunteers manager, sustainable development, through traveling and non-formal education to being a fabricator. The main motive in my life is nature – as whole and human nature in particular – and the restoration of the human-nature and human-human connection. The knowledge about the choices we make in life and their impact is the link that I am looking for. That’s why I am part of Ideas Factory – for sharing and learning, which simultaneously in themselves fecundity and joy and at the same time are means to achieve satisfaction.
