We want to blow your minds and hearts, intelligence and desire to turn the city into a boiling pot. We will work innovatively for the people, to make them united, happy, eager and open to the world. We will create a Laboratory for challenges – a space around which the community will swirl, will set the social challenges and will looking for their solutions and a “Monitor” – a digital info point in the center of Vratsa with information on everything concerning our hometown and the newly created community.
